Quality Assurance

Since our inception, we have been committed to meet the client's expectations in all aspects. Hence, we are following a quality assurance policy in our company. As per this, we carry out inspections on every stage of the production to ensure that everything goes as per the industry standards. The finished products are also tested by our quality inspectors, who are highly experienced in their domain of work. They test our Pet Blow Moulding Machine, Water Filling Machine etc., on the parameters of chemical resistance, leakage proof, tensile strength, and performance. This allows us to deliver only the qualitative products to our customers.

Infrastructure

We are manufacturing Fully Automatic Pet Blow Moulding Machine, Water Rinsing Filling Capping Machine and others in a well equipped infrastructure. It includes two manufacturing units and design unit that are integrated with all the requisite facilities to undertake the production job work.  Various machines that are installed in our manufacturing units include cutting machines, lathe machine, moulding machine, welding machine, polishing machine and many others. All these machines are operated by skilled experts, who possess rich experience in the domain. With our string infrastructure, we have been able to complete all the undertaken job works within the stipulated time and with the best quality standards.
